- IHDN Mission Hospital accredited by Ghana Hospital Board; Awaiting National Health Insurance Approval [December 2009]
The IHDN Mission Hospital recently received the long awaited accreditation
from the Ghana Private Hospital and Maternity Board. With this, we are now eligible to participate in the National Health Insurance Scheme. We have submitted our application and had a hospital site inspection by a team from Accra. We are currently waiting for the certification from the Insurance Board.

- Mission Hospital-GHANA staff attend conference in the USA [November 2009]
Global Missions Health Conference was held in Louisville , KY from Nov. 12-14, 2009. IHDN-USA sponsored Mr. Mark Dedzo, Acting IHDN Mission Hospital Administrator & Mr. Cephas Agbelie, Treasurer , IHDN-Ghana to attend the conference.
IHDN-USA & Mission Hospital, Ghana had a display to showcase IHDN activities in Ghana , and to recruit volunteers for short term and long term

IHDN is sponsoring medical students' electives trip to Ghana from Feb. 7 to March 5. Dr. Agamah will return Feb. 20.
