| In March of 1996, a group of men and women of faith gathered in Springfield , Illinois to form a new Medical Missions Organization called International Health and Development Network (IHDN). IHDN was incorporated in the State of Illinois, USA , on March 25th, 1996. |

IHDN seeks to develop effective and sustainable Primary Health Care programs in small towns and villages in the developing world.
