BRIEF SUMMARY OF VOLUNTEER INVOLVEMENT & EXPERIENCE: Spent three weeks in Agbozume, Ghana at the 3rd medical missions trip. Was involved in the youth forum, and co-lead a Vacation Bible School. Also assisted with the health fair, and computer classes.

Quotable quotes : "Last year.. (i.e.1998)....when my parents came back from Ghana, Poppa said that there was no way to explain..his experience...now that I've been there I know how right he was...The three weeks.. I spent in Africa....were three of the best weeks of my life (all fifteen years of it, that is)....incredible experience...(While everybody else was busy with other activities).. I was left to run (the youth forum) by myself...was a little anxious at first since many of the youth had a difficult time understanding me..asked (some) people to help me out. After a couple of minutes they (youth) started to ask questions. Click here for examples of questions from typical African youth to typical American youth!

Mollie's vision for the future : "All in all.... We had fun...And I'll do it again in a heartbeat."
